Thank you to the more than 200 community partners and school champions who joined MCF and the Mental Health Association of Maryland in this year's Children's Mental Health Matters! Campaign.
Highlights for the 2015 campaign included two youth panels at UMBC and the University of Maryland at College Park, a flash mob at UMBC, proclamations by the Governor and the towns of Hyattsville and College Park, Family Fun Day at Shorebirds Stadium, youth artwork on display at "The Power of Secrets" at the American Visionary Art Museum and a live TV call-in segment on the Baltimore metro news.
While Children's Mental Health Awareness Week has concluded for 2015, resources are available throughout the year! Visit www.childrensmentalhealthmatters.org to download materials and resources for your family, school or community.
