Let’s Figure This Out! Support Group

Meets Third Wednesday of every month, 7:00-8:00 PM

Join other parents of children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety and other behavioral health challenges to learn how MCF can support you and your family. Get tips on how to form healthy relationships, learn the importance of self-care and how to create healthy boundaries. Each month will cover a new topic with time to connect with others in a judgement-free space.

Building Resiliency Support Group

Meets at two different times monthly, choose the day/time that works best for you:

Second Thursday of every month, 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, or
Second Tuesday of every Month, 6:30-7:30 PM

The Self Expression Sessions- Virtual Support Group 2021.

These sessions are all about taking better care of YOU! Connect online with other parents and caregivers from the comfort of your own space to share, receive support, enjoy a few laughs and explore your creative side. Can’t be on the entire call? No worries! Join us and stay on for as long as you can. Can’t join every Wednesday? No worries, this group is ongoing.
