Coping skills help you tolerate, minimize, and deal with stressful situations in life. Having a child with a mental health condition can be a challenge, but there are ways to help make things easier. Begin by joining the Common Bond Support Group and meet other parents and caregivers of young people with mental health issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorder, and other mental health issues.
