Life in Motion Support Group

This groups meets the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.  For more information, please email Shelley Jones or call 443.472.9840.

This is a support group for those who have a loved one with substance use challenges.  Participants will learn strategies for self-care and ways to cope with stress, hear from others in similar situations and build a network of support.

The Self Expression Sessions

Meets every Wednesday, 5:00-6:30 PM.  Please note there will be no session in July or August.  The group will resume meeting Wednesday, September 13th!

Connect online with other parents and caregivers from the comfort of your own space to share, receive support, enjoy a few laughs and explore your creative side. Can’t be on the entire call? No worries! Join us and stay on for as long as you can. Can’t join every Wednesday? No worries, this group is ongoing.

We Got This: Autism Support Group for Parents & Caregivers

This group meets the  second Thursday of every month, 6:00 to 8:00 PM

This relaxed, autism-focused group is intended to offer a supportive and confidential environment to meet other parents and caregivers of a child with autism and discuss the unique challenges autism brings to families.

Online Support Group for Spanish-Speaking Families

Meets 1st and 3rd Wednesday, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Join other parents and caregivers of children with mental and behavioral health challenges. We will support each other, share our experiences and learn about educational and community resources to help our families. Spanish-speaking families from across Maryland are welcome to attend.
