Punch & Dump Support Group

Sharing parenting experiences and ideas while learning to form healthy relationships between caregiver and youth through adult conversation with peers while creating beautiful crafts. This is a round table talk with art.

Building Family Bonds

This support group meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  For more info, contact April Adams

Join our support group focused on building bonds within your family! We will have an open forum for parents and caregivers (parents and caregivers only) to have a safe space to talk. The group will also provide opportunities for caregivers AND their family members to work together to explore creative solutions and strengthen the bond between caregivers & their children.

Self-Awareness is Wellness

This group meets the last Monday of every month from 5:30-6:30 PM.

The Self Expression Sessions

Meets every Wednesday, 5:00-6:00 PM.  Please note there will be no session in July or August.  The group will resume meeting the 2nd Wednesday of September.

The Self Expression Sessions- Virtual Support Group

These sessions are all about self-reflection, self-improvement, accountability, and taking better care of YOU! In doing so, we can go from going through things to “growing” through things.  Connect online with other parents and caregivers from the comfort of your own space to share, receive support, and establish your “self-love” journey.  Can’t join every Wednesday? No worries, this group is ongoing.

Laughter Insight Family Training (LIFT) Online Support Group

Meets Second Tuesday of each month, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

Do you have a child with mental health or substance use challenges? Could you use a LIFT? You may have a lot of questions or concerns about your child. LIFT is a support group for families to discuss and learn about resources while sharing ideas and experiences with other caregivers. You’ll also benefit by taking some time for yourself!
